The faculty members of the college are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity. They play a key role in shaping the academic environment and guiding students toward excellence. All faculty members shall abide by the following code of conduct:
- The faculty members must comply with the policies, rules, and guidelines prescribed by the Haryana Government, the Higher Education department, and the college administration.
- Faculty shall maintain honesty, fairness, and transparency in all academic and administrative matters. They shall avoid any form of discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, disability, or economic status
- Treat all students with dignity, respect, and impartiality.
- Maintain discipline, decorum, and a positive atmosphere on campus.
- Strictly avoid sexual harassment, discriminatory behaviour, or any violation of dignity.
